After The Buntin Group launched one of SERVPRO Fire and Water Restoration’s most successful campaigns…I was tasked to create a digital character guide sheet for SERVPRO’s two newest mascots. We decided to treat the document like an interview of the two characters in order to further their tone, personalities, and necessary quirks for future projects.
